Kaltenecker is a level twenty-two but she won't evolve into anything and Bruce Whalis is only level 15. Him being a shiny doesn't give him any special perks other than color, but he'll evolve later on.
[Wait, did Lance actually learn something in his time here? And now knows more than Pidge? Someone look out the window and check for airborne pigs.]
