That's correct. She was captain first actually, and we decided to share.

I don't know if a lot, but it's happened before. The First Breath and the Twin Roses both have two captains.

I don't know them, but I'd think so? Atroma doesn't assign two captains, only one. The second one comes from the captain's own decisions.
